We provide professional art delivery, art hanging, picture hanging, and installation services in Texas (currently including Austin and Dallas) as described on the Website. Estimates are based on information you provide and may be revised if the scope, size, schedule, or other facts change. Pricing is based on the time scheduled, the complexity of installation, site conditions, special materials or equipment required, and travel. We accept payment via credit card, check, cash, PayPal, and trade billing if available. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We aim for you to be 100% satisfied and will work in good faith to resolve issues if notified within a reasonable time. You must ensure safe, legal, and reasonable access to the location where work is to be performed, including required permissions.
2. Appointments, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Our total liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the particular service giving rise to the claim. We take care in performing services, but in the event of damage to property caused by our negligence, our liability will be limited to repairing or replacing the damaged item(s) or paying up to [insert reasonable cap]. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control such as weather or natural disasters.
